There was only one man serving in the shop, so it took a long time to get served, which wasn't good when you just want to get on the mountains on your first day.

Very poor selection at 1300. Firstly received very old pair with a de-laminated tail. Then received a phone call to "upgrade" to a newer pair. These however were only an intermediate ski & not good enough for someone that's been skiing for over 30 years (including living for several seasons in Courchevel!). I eventually went to the outlet in 1850 & changed the skis over to a pair of X-Wings & for the last 3 days was able to ski properly again! The staff in both outlets tried to be helpfull, however the overall choice & quality of skis was very poor & very limited. Platinum skis? I don't think so!

Le matériel, pack noir, n'était pas neuf
[Noleggio-Sci-Scontato.com : Les skis de la gamme "noir" sont tous des skis de l'année. Ils sont neufs en début de saison. Il n'est pas possible d'avoir toute la saison du matériel neuf, ce qui ne l'empêche pas d'être en très bon état et bien entretenu.]

Malgré un léger raté (pack baby indispo ds la boutique du Praz), nous avons été remboursés 15 jours après et SURTOUT nous avons été très satisfaits de nos skis. Nous l'avons conseillé à nos invités et si c'est encore une réussite en mars, on ne passera plus que par vous pour nos 2 semaines annuelles.

30 ans que je loue mes skis au Praz, et dire que je payais bcp plus cher depuis tout ce temps pr le même service ! Je vais donner le tuyau à tous mes cousins.
