Bonjour, Pour répondre à votre e-mail, je tiens à vous dire que j'ai toujours réservé par le biais de votre site internet et j'en suis très satisfaite ! La commande est vraiment très facile et rapide à passer. Le retrait du matériel se passe toujours dans de très bonnes conditions et il est toujours de très bonne qualité. Les tarifs sont vraiment très attractifs. Pour moi tout est très pratique ! Je n'aurai donc rien à vous suggérer car tout est parfait ! Cordialement

Aucun problème de location. Arrivée le samedi à 19h30, le magasin était encore ouvert et nous a loué les skis immédiatement. Bonne prestation. Et quel plaisir de ne pas faire la queue pour régler le jour du départ (le vendredi soir en pleine affluence).

Accueil correct sans debordements... materiel quasi conforme, les chaussures de ma fille étaient vraiment bas de gamme malgré une reservation ROUGE.

Very good value and friendly service. Advice: Ask to try a range of boot sizes, not just the size you reserved online. I changed my boots twice for a smaller size, the shop was very helpful and exchanged the boots and readjusted the skis each time free of charge. However it would be best to spend more time fitting the boots properly on arrival - you want a pair that feel snug before being tightened by the straps.

I was a little disappointed with the skis I was given originally. I paid extra for the 'black' package and noted that my skis came from the same rack as my friend who had paid for the lesser package. Also, the skis were in poor condition.

Very good service and right next to the ski lifts. Went back to change my boots with no problem whatsoever. Great saving money by booking online too!! Would definately recommend!
