Unfortunately, and most unusually, a ski came off during the 1st afternoon and I cracked 2 ribs and was unable to ski for the rest of the week. Whether this was due to my skiing or that the boots that I hired had not been properly fitted to my skis we could not confirm. I am awaiting recompense from my insurance company.

I ordered "Black" grade equipment. It was very ordinary and at the end of the season bashed to hell.
The staff weren't at all interested. No help getting boots on and stood and let me struggle out of the shop rather than opening the door for me. However very convenient for Hotel Vanoise which i do recommend.

I was happy with my rental. I saved money booking online and the shop were flexible, letting me hire a snowboard for my last day. Equipment was of a decent standard.

Chaussures de snowboard vielles et en mauvais état. Le magasin n'est équipé d'aucune paire à fermeture boa mais que des lacés.

L'accueil dans le magasin était très bon, les vendeurs nous ont écoutés et conseillés.
La station est sympathique et à taille humaine.
D'ailleurs c'est la deuxième fois que nous y allons et .... que nous louons notre matériel dans le même magasin.
